Therapy Aide

  • Jamiyah Nursing Home

 

  • Provide support to the assessment and treatment of clients/residents
  • Supervise clients/residents in activity relating to their treatment
  • General departmental duties such as cleaning, collation of statistical information, ordering and replenishment of stocks
  • Perform clerical and household tasks when necessary

Marketing and Communications Executive

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify & define target audiences; evaluate trends; brand awareness and competitive analysis
  • Conceive and develop intuitive ideas and strategies for both traditional and digital marketing
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics; improve, tweak for efficacy and submit reports of performance to Head of Marcom
  • Write diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

Staff Nurse

  • Make professional judgments and decisions based on observation and knowledge in rendering nursing care to the residents

Social Worker

  • Responsible for Resident’s Individual Care Plan and manages psycho-social and economic aspects of care of the residents
  • Co-ordinate social services for the resident through a case management approach.
  • Handle admission of resident to the Home as per established standard procedures including acknowledging admission and receipt of properties of the resident
  • Address psychosocial needs of the residents through care and counselling
  • Ensure compliance with admission procedures and enlighten the resident on the rules of the Home and SOPs and service standards as prescribed by MSF
  • Ensure complete and proper recording of resident’s properties and handing the same to Superintendent for secure storage
  • Collect inputs from members of the Homecare team to develop care plan in consultation with the resident and family
  • Discuss long-term care issues with resident and family and explore possibilities of discharge from the Home
  • Contact and encourage family members/caregivers to re-establish/strengthen links with resident through visits and home leave.
  • Work with other members of Home care team to ensure holistic care of the residents and manage behavioural issues by counselling residents on appropriate conduct in the Home

Public Relations Officer
