Darul Ma'wa or Jamiyah Children's Home
was set up to provide holistic residential
care for orphans and less fortunate children.
Darul Takrim
Darul Takrim or Jamiyah Home for the
Aged was set up to demonstrate our
concern and compassion for destitute
elders in the evening of their lives, without
differenting on the basis of race, religious
or language.
Darul Syifaa'
Darul Syifaa' or Jamiyah Nursing Home is
logical complement of Darul Takrim, the
Jamiyah Home for the Aged.
Darul Islah
Darul Islah or Jamiyah Halfway House
provides a residential programme for
recovering drug addicts at Drug
Rehabilitation Centres reffered by the
Prison Department. -

Assistance is given in the form of provisions such as rice, sugar, milk, cooking oil and other staples to the poor and needy.

The centre provides a wide range of counselling, therapeutic and educational services in a culturally sensitive and safe environment.
Legal Clinic
The Legal Clinic(1976) is the first clinic run by volunteer lawyers in Singapore. It has an impressive multiracial array of professionals in the field and was set up in the early 70s shortly after the Medical Clinic was opened.

Medical Clinic
The Medical Clinic (1975) is also opened to the public three times per week . It provides free medicine and consultation in addition to conducting medical exhibitions, talks and providing circumcision during school holidays.

Jamiyah has been a registration centre for
those wishing to embrace Islamic out of their own free will.
Zakat
Zakat (Purifying Tax) Muslim members of the
public from time to time do come forward to
contribute their zakat to Jamiyah which is
also a registered centre for zakat fitrah.As
far as zakat is concerned Jamiyah's work
embraces all the categories of beneficiaries.
Zakat and charitable donations called
sadaqah are part of the normal sources of
income for Jamiyah.

APPEAL FOR REGULAR SUPPORT TO JAMIYAH SINGAPORE BY ENROLLING OUR GIRO DONOR SCHEME |
As you may be aware Jamiyah Singaporeans been engaged in Education, Da’wa and community services programmes since its inception in 1932. This year is the 76th year of its service to the community and the nation and mankind. Jamiyah Singapore is a registered with the Singapore Registry of Societies as a Non-Profit and Charitable Organisation (Registration number ROS 870/47Rel and Charity Registration Number: 0568). Its services are open to all regardless of race or religion. Our focus areas of services are in education, welfare, community outreach and Da’wa related activities that has been benefiting thousands of people including orphans, children of single parents, dysfunctional families, students, working adults, senior citizens, destitute, sick and the disabled and so on. Apart from these categories the needy, our activities are also focused on education, training and enhancement of moral and religious values through education, training and holding seminars, conferences and workshops that are open to all. All these activities require the much needed funds to sustain these programmes. Even though we receive grants from the various Ministries of the Government on a project to project basis and donations from charitable and philanthropic organizations these are not adequate enough to cover our expenses and to provide for the on going and future programmes. Therefore, we would appreciate if you could kindly enroll yourself as our GIRO donor by contributing whatever amount that you could sign up with us, starting from a minimum of $3/- to deduct monthly on a regular basis. Your contribution will be a great help to support our on going programmes serving the needy and disadvantaged, regardless or race or religious background of the beneficiaries.
